Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email if any significant delays occur. -
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-15 business days. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, logistical constraints, or holidays. -
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details typically become available within 24-48 hours after shipment. If you do not see tracking activity after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance. -
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. CODY NUCHIA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. -
Lost or Damaged Pet Supplies
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or partial refund as appropriate. -
Pet Product Care and Usage Notice
Pet supplies (including but not limited to pet clothing, beds, toys, leashes, and grooming tools) should be used and maintained according to the care instructions provided with each product. CODY NUCHIA is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, drying, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Always supervise your pet when introducing new products. -
International Shipping and Customs
For shipments outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. -
